Where I've been..

I have been out of the blogging loop for a couple of weeks. I've been here, I haven't been anywhere exciting. I have plenty of excuses for not blogging. But instead of boring you with excuses, I'll catch you up on the last couple for weeks.
-We did go to Tiger World; a huge indoor water park in Incheon. We had a great time; I didn't take any pictures, which was kinda nice. It was a little freeing not to carry the camera around and try to catch the smiles and fun. I may regret it later...who knows!
-I have fished several marker tips out of Jamison's mouth; that's his new favorite no-no.
-I've been taking a lot of naps these last couple of days....maybe that's why there's been no blog entries!
-The boys and I enjoyed lunch with Jannah at school
-I've been freezing (which I'm really tired of); but it's my own fault that I'm refusing to wear my winter coat anymore! I am really, really ready for Spring!!!
-I'm still waiting PATIENTLY (not really), on our next destination. Speaking of that, my count is about 120 days left in Korea...yipeeee!
-I've been sick with a nasty cold (gotta love those)!
-Helped give a baby shower for my friend Laurie, who is waiting on baby #4 as we speak (up in Seoul); and have been to two other showers-every body's having babies these days!
-watched Fireproof with my sweetie, we loved it!
-I have taken no pictures in the last 3 weeks...what's wrong with me?
Why I felt compelled to give the details is beyond me. But, that's what we have been up to. I hope you didn't fall out of your chair due to an adrenaline rush!

Friday Fun

Well, another week has past. That's profound, huh? Seriously, where is the time going? We're already finished with the first week in February; before we know it, the long awaited Spring days will be here. I am very much ready for that. Some good news is that our playground is open, and has been updated. We now have 4 swings (for about a zillion kids to share), but I am grateful. How pitiful that my children haven't been in a swing in over a year now, as I type that, I realize there are much more serious travesties in the world! We have been at the park/playground almost every day this week. The cold weather has been a little less frigid, so we have been outdoors, hallelujah! Moving right alone, here are a few snapshots from the week, nothing major going on. Except, we are planning our trip to Thailand, and I'm soooooooooo excited about it, wish we were going tomorrow, and not in April!
J and J now find it cool to sleep in their Daddy's t-shirts. Never mind the cute and warm pj's they own, just give them Daddy's shirt and they are happy as can be.
Spider man was spotted on base last week (thanks to face painting at a birthday party)

The boots I just love on both of them; the boots and sweatpants on Jordan, not so much!

This, my friends, is a picture of some of the best strawberries I have ever eaten!!!! The Korean strawberries are so sweet and juicy, I could go on and on about their yumminess! I wish I could send some back to the states for ya'll to try, but that's illegal! Just believe me, they are the best in the world. I go downtown and buy them from an older lady that sits under a bridge, day after day, selling fruit. I point to the berries, and she shows me with her hands how much, I nod yes; she pours them in a little black plastic bag, and I pay her 5000 won (about $4). Just like that, we have a black bag full of delight! The kids devour them in two minutes flat, we can't keep them more than 5 minutes once they have been washed! So, come visit me and you too can try the best strawberries in the world!

Jamison, as most of you know, has a deep, undying passion for balls. This is Jordan's new basket ball, but Jamison is sure it's really his. He likes to carry it; even though, he just started walking, he is already able to carry this ball and walk at the same time. At the end of the video, you will hear his new word, it's football! I just love to hear him say it, which is a good thing, considering he says it about 50 times a day!
