3 medium ripe bananas, mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups blueberries (if using frozen, don't thaw)
1. In a large bowl, combine flours, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine milk, egg, bananas, and vanilla; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Add blueberries last.
2. Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls; cook on both sides, until golden brown. Serve with syrup (they are good without also!)

Those bananas caught up on you, huh?? ;) They look delish!! Have to try them soon...:) You need to get back to sewing something so I can get inspiration from you...what can I say, I need a push!!
Ok, how in the world do you get your songs to change so quick. One minute SCC's "Cinderella" was playing, and when I clicked to your new entry, the song changed and Cinderella was no where to be found. Now that's magic!
